    Each column goes to the right field. We check the result on 20 rows, then import the rest.

    They become templates in OKTO Fit, ready to assign to each client.

    Your clients get their access when you are ready. You close the old app after.

what the import can read

  • CSV (comma or semicolon) and Excel (XLSX) files, up to 20,000 rows.
  • Contact cards (vCard) for contacts.
  • Headers in French or English: columns are matched for you.
  • Nothing is written to your account until the import is launched.
  • The file is read, kept only while the import runs, then deleted.

What doesn't come over on its own: measurement history, progress photos and old messages. We look at what your app lets you export, together.

Does the transfer cost anything?

No. We transfer your clients and programs for free.

How long can my current app stay open?

As long as you like. The trial lasts 30 days, no credit card needed. Keep your current app open during that time and close it once everything is set up in OKTO Fit.

Do my clients have to redo anything?

Yes, one thing: give their consent in the app. Quebec's Law 25 requires express consent for health information. Each client ticks their own choices and fills out their health questionnaire (PAR-Q) in OKTO Fit. See security and Law 25.

Which files do you accept?

For clients: CSV (comma or semicolon), Excel (XLSX) or contact cards (vCard), up to 20,000 rows. For programs, whatever your app gives you: a file, a PDF or screenshots. If your app gives you no file at all, we will work with you to get your data out.
