OKTO Fit creates a receipt for every payment. Your member number is printed on each receipt with the words "Receipt for insurance purposes", if your professional order or association allows it.
We set up that number with you when your account opens. No more receipts to redo by hand: GST and QST are calculated, and your tax numbers are on the receipt too.
Working with other trainers? Each one has their own member number, and the receipt shows the right one.

- Invitation linkYou send a link. The client fills in their intake form on their phone, and their file is created for you.

how is my clients' health data protected?
Health data is kept only with the client's consent, seen only by the trainer who coaches them, and encrypted. The account administrator has no access by default.
Every read, download, change or export is written to the access log (Quebec's Law 25), kept for five years. The data is backed up every night, with a copy in a second location.
how much does it cost?
OKTO Fit costs $29.99 a month plus tax, with every feature included, no tiers and no commission. Your clients' app is included, no matter how many clients you have.
The trial lasts 30 days, no credit card. The first 50 trainers keep $29.99 a month for life, as long as their subscription stays active.
can I switch apps without starting over?
Yes. We transfer your clients and programs for free. Our team does the transfer, from Trois-Rivières.
